Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with availability for extended hours and weekends during nationwide disaster events.
Salary: $40-45K
As an Administrative Assistant with our national emergency response company in Broussard, LA, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include performing data entry to maintain meticulous records, engaging with customers to address inquiries and offer assistance, coordinating shipments to guarantee timely delivery, generating daily reports to monitor progress and performance, liaising with drivers to organize logistics effectively, and preparing supplies for deployment during emergency response situations.
