Requirements

• Previous experience as a sanitation team lead.
• The ability to manage an MSS and ensure compliance with GMPs and USDA/FDA regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in quality and food safety regulations.

Be responsible for maintaining a food-safe environment within the manufacturing warehouse, providing functional support for departments, overseeing sanitation activities, fostering positive relationships with customers, developing sanitation systems for the facility, maintaining all documentation, facilitating training and orientation for employees, thoroughly inspecting the plant for compliance, communicating with external contacts (i.e. suppliers, customer representatives, and auditors), and confirming compliance with the following policies OSHA, EEOC, SQF, etc.
